This notice explains how Hamed Hafez handles information through hamedhafez.com and the contact services linked from it. Hamed is based in Dubai and is the founder of NexScaleX.

What you choose to share
You can read the website without sending an enquiry. If you contact Hamed, the conversation may include your name, email or WhatsApp number, service interest, business stage, question and relevant public links. Share only the information needed to understand your request. Do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents, confidential customer records or private account access through an open message.
The enquiry review on the Consultation page helps you prepare a message. Reviewing it is not a confirmed appointment. Choosing WhatsApp opens that service, where you decide whether to send the message. Online scheduling is not open yet; a consultation is arranged through direct contact until it is available.
Why information is used
Contact information and business context are used to answer your request, assess the relevant service, arrange a conversation and follow up on agreed work. A consultation enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. There is no open automated newsletter subscription or payment checkout in this release.
Hosting, email and external platforms
Hostinger hosts the WordPress website. Hosting, security and backup services process technical information such as request times, IP addresses and error records to deliver and protect it. Hamed uses owned Google email accounts for correspondence. WhatsApp and public social platforms process information when you choose to use them, under their own privacy policies. Public community posts are not private enquiries.
Information handled by these providers may be processed outside your country. Their account controls and retention practices also apply. You can read Google’s privacy policy, WhatsApp’s privacy policy and Hostinger’s privacy policy for their own services.
Cookies and measurement
WordPress and site tools can use cookies for functions such as administrator sign-in and language preferences. An existing Google Tag is loaded through Site Kit for website measurement. Google may receive technical information about your visit. This notice does not mean that measurement is disabled or that every provider deletes data on the same schedule.
You can manage cookies through your browser and review controls in your Google account. Blocking cookies or scripts may affect some functionality. Opening a linked video or social platform can involve that platform’s own cookies and measurement.
How long information is kept
Correspondence may remain in Hamed’s email or messaging accounts while handling your enquiry, an active engagement, a dispute or another necessary record. These provider-held conversations are not automatically deleted by the website. Website backups are retained for recovery and are not used as active contact lists. Technical records support operation and security; provider-level retention is separate from site-managed records.
Before online booking opens, this notice will identify its providers, fields and implemented retention schedule. A planned deletion schedule is not a claim that automated deletion is already running. You can ask about retention or request deletion of eligible information through the contact address above.
Your choices and requests
Contact Hamed to ask what information is held about your interaction, correct it or request deletion where appropriate. Include enough context to locate the interaction, but do not email identity documents unless a secure verification method has been agreed. Identity may need to be checked before protected information is disclosed or changed. Some records may need to be kept for an active engagement, security or a legal requirement.
